am I able to sue my job?

they have broken some laws, but i have no way of gathering any proof. some examples are: 1. refusing to pay us for trainings (then saying they didn’t instill paying until after september, but when i argued that i did trainings in october, HR boss said “well maybe it was november” and then kicked us out of her office) 2. firing me without telling me (i only found out because my work-assigned email got deleted by my employer, and they cut contact with me) 3. threatening to fire us if we even do so much as talk to anyone involved with our job other than our bosses (so if we talk to human resources, the people handling the food, IT, literally anyone) 4. firing me for having a confidential meeting with HR (i know for a fact i’ve done nothing illegal, and im not the best at my job but…

5. idk if this is illegal but they pay high school graduates more money for the exact same job title that the high schoolers have (and they only advertise to high schoolers)
and just so much more. i literally don’t know what to do !!! help. might delete later out of anxiety 🙁
