I have a question about non-solicitation agreements. I quit my job abruptly yesterday, due to being overwhelmed with school. I work in the finance sector and have been part-time for under a year. I have to come in and fill out some privacy and confidential documents. I was wondering if they present a non-solicitation agreement, am I required to sign off on it? Or can I refuse.
