Every other post on this subreddit is some screenshot or photo of a business, a celebration of them playing their employees slightly above the average wages or meeting some absolute bare minimum standard like paid sick leave.
This subreddit is anti-work. If the business you’re wanting to celebrate isn’t a worker-owned co-operative, it has no place on this subreddit, because at the end of the day, for-profit businesses are exploitative. Some are more exploitative than others, but should we celebrate some slave owners for not being quite so abusive as others?
