Serious question, am I the only one that just realized that ALL housing revolves around buying or “borrowing” someone else’s already owned property?

And on top of that the housing market just bounces around according to what people who live, or come to live, earn and are willing to pay for it? Plus, there’s no such thing as like real poor housing, no one leaves their home to use the outhouse to use the restroom like my families home in Mexico.
