Getting written up in a few hours

So here’s my story I’m disabled but don’t qualify for FMLA yet as I’m just shy of a year working at this place which for reference is a call center. This is relevant because I essentially have to juggle my sick days and attendance points until I’m eligible for it, my boss says we’re having a meeting about my attendance today (which usually means a write up). The thing is last time because I got written up it was because my boss had incorrectly told me I could take off because I didn’t have enough points for that to happen, I think the same thing is going to happen again. I’m going to refuse the write up but what kind of recourse do I have when I was misled on both occasions?
