I wanted some advice. Dont know if this is the right place to post. I had an argument with my boss. He has forced me to resign saying he won't sign me off onto the next part of my training and if I hand in my resignation he'll pay me till August.
There is no evidence I'm not hitting targets and the company providing my training will confront him about the workplace bullying once I have “resigned “. They are giving me a new workplace to continue my training in September. In the letter confirming the pay till August from my boss it says I cannot take on anymore paid employment between now and August.
My question is if I got a job just to fill my time like as a delivery driver or something would he ever know? Or is it not worth the risk?
