Today in a company meeting, her manager was like, you know what, nah. She quit and announced she's found another job that is full-time remote with the same pay, on a four-day work schedule. No daycare necessary for her 2 kids, no commute, no gas, no road rage.
Now the company is literally like the Who Killed Hannibal? meme scrambling to find a replacement.
The most depressing part: Her manager's manager after hearing all that:
“See the rest of you Monday morning! I'm soooooooooooooo excited!”
