I'm experienced with physical labor, from when I used to be a Christian and did service projects, being in the boy scouts, helping neighbors move, and inevitably now in the work force having worked multiple warehouse jobs, so I'm not afraid of hard work.
I just got promoted to supervisor after a few months there. I'm asked to come in at 5am almost everyday (I dont, except a couple times. Im usually in at around 530-545), and have to stay until 4, 5, or at times 7pm. I'm given complex work loads that only I, out of my team of four, can do, while they are expected to only perform one task, mainly because after weeks and months of training they still can't learn a damn thing. All while, I'm expected to keep the line running, getting everyone out on time, and making sure no one gets hurt after 10-12 hours of lifting 100-150 lbs product with their bare hands.
I'm pro-capitalism in regards to non-necessities, as I want to start my own self contained business in the firearms and accessories field, but this shit is disheartening.
