Antiwork

I came to work today and no one told me the power was completely out.

So last night it was very windy in my city; my power at home was flickering all night. I come in to work this morning, and our whole block has zero power. Not even our emergency generator or handicap accessible elevator work. I can't even clock in on the time clock. No one from work bothered to communicate this to any of us. I cannot do my job without my computer. I've literally been sitting at my desk for 45 minutes with nothing to do. Why were we not told to stay at home? Now my coworkers are talking about moving furniture in our office around to occupy our time…lol. Okay.
