I’ve worked at this place for four years, haven’t had a review since year one. Same goes for a raise, not one more dime in the past three despite we only grown during the pandemic. I’m active interviewing for other jobs and just cannot decide whether I should just fucking lay everything out on what’s wrong with this place or just kick the can and let them scramble when I walk out the door. This is so fucking frustrating.
