Anyone know if there is a law regarding paying out unused PTO in the case of a layoff? I’m in Ohio, and I’m just preparing myself for the situation if it may happen. I haven’t been in a situation where I was able to use any PTO since I started accruing it, and I have at least 60 hours saved. Just hoping I can get it paid out, but I’m not feeling like it’s super likely. I also am not finding much solid info in my own google search.
