The company that owns my property keeps charging me for insurance
I have insurance already!
It has been non stop billing with late fees that I pay, but get reimbursed eventually, but I have to comb through my statements monthly.
I’m frustrated and I have reached out to the main company. They have never responded via email or voicemail. Ever
Can I break lease due to lack of giving a fuck? This isn’t obviously a real thing but is there a legal definition or guidelines about failing to even do the basic things like this?
