I’m drowning in work – New job

It's a fixed 40 hours a week job, but the inflow of work is so high that it can't be completed in 40 hours. Unofficially I'm working almost 65 or more hours, sometimes even on the weekends. Colleagues are so much loyal to the company that they advise me to get married to the job and login 2 hours before and after the working hours if I'm not able to keep up with the pace. I'm pretty sure company knows everyone is working more than working hours but they're using 'ownership' as the loophole in the system. Once we get the ownership of a task we've to do it no matter it's logout time or not. This post is just a rant, I know we can't do anything about it, other than maybe changing the job but they're all the same in the end.
