I work at a pizza place and we deliver. Our drivers make less than managers and I'm a manager. So yesterday it was my shift scheduled as a manager but we didn't have anyone to deliver so I said that I would do it. Under the impression that it would be the same pay. When I came back my coworker basically tattled saying I should of made delivery pay. So af6er I had done all of this they went in and changed what I made. Are they allowed to do that without me agreeing to it? I was under the impression I would be making the same I was just helping out.
