were u scared? im in a situation where its headin this way and soooo much is at stake here and either way theres a big negative impact …im scared i think.
.worried too…i can be ruthless rightly but kinda scared might backfire on me really bad both legally and life wise
ive been in a number of situations where ive nearly had to take prev employers to court but due to my extreme hard work that i shouldnt have had to do and again doing involuntarily, ive prevented this and also due to circumstances not allowin me to go to court but lost out

Also im goin thru the motions with my case…early on ish but not sure what approach to take…i.e. give them a bit more time or go straight to formal or straight to court…remember ive got thi gs at stake and my chances at court of compensation if relevant etc depend on the processes above and the ones i have to do that ive followed
ive gotta make the decision above by the end of today so any input would be highly appreciated
