I’ve been working at my job for 2 years. They have excluded me from a training conference, training for a new job function within the company, and let 4 instances of physical employee on employee intimidation go undisciplined.
I’m not sure contacting HR will do anything. I want to quit, but everything pays less than this job in the area I’m in right now. I feel stuck, unsafe, depressed and so tired of the drama.
Any advice is welcome. Maybe I’m not seeing a solution or way out of this, and you can. TIA
