Failed a drug test how long would they keep my info for ?

Not sure if this is the place to ask but when I was laid off over the winter due to my job being seasonal I applied like a mad man to a bunch of different jobs with the expectation that I’m looking for year round work. I got a call back from a pretty decent year round railway job but one of the requirements was I had to do a drug test. I quit smoking marijuana a month and a half prior to the test but I guess it wasn’t long enough and I tested positive and my job offer was rejected. Fast forward to present day and I’m currently 3 and a half months without smoking and I’m passing at home tests. The company is still hiring for the position. How long do they save my info for and if I were to change my resume around like use…

How long do they save my info for and if I were to change my resume around like use my middle name instead of my last and use a different email would that work or is it just a pointless endeavour?
