I've just been sent an email circulated through our company with each job roles chargeout rate to clients. I am paid $30/hr, and get charged out at $120/hr. What the fuck??? Is it normal to get charged out at 4x your wage??? methinks: could I expect to charge out the same rate as someone self-employed…?
