Going on two years now and still beside my name says PT(Part time) they even bumped me up to a Assistant manager of my own store! Checked … still just PT(they give me MAX 37 hours a week). So of course with Springtime is a bunch of new bennifits and promises, but oh look at that not a SINGLE person on my team is full time either… I don't like that at all. Is there something I can do to help us all out?
