Given the opportunity and anonymity, what questions would you ask your bosses in front of their bosses at a company wide meeting?

Currently tasked with screening questions for a Q&A session for the big guys. Of course there are the approved soft ball within guideline questions that I’m going to ignore and in their place I will include more hard ball hard hitting questions and need some inspiration from you guys. What would you ask your bosses in front of their bosses and all of the employees if given the chance?
