I work for a big box retail chain with almost 800 stores. This was said to be “motivating” to a group of store managers (myself included) today FIVE times on a video conference call. It was used on various topics and with different levels of intensity. But all the same in the end. Someone in 2022 actually thinks this way and is in charge of hundreds of lives as the district manager. We are doomed if we don't change some part of this structure!!
And this comment doesn't even touch on how this is an offensive comment to Chipotle employees or food service employees everywhere……
