When they ask you if you’d like to work on your day off while you’re at work and you kind of need the money but also really want to not work…

It just adds to the workplace stress. I don’t like it. It makes me feel rude if I say no and I always feel I owe them an explanation. But if I say yes, I sometimes regret it because I don’t feel fully rested and have less time and energy to workout and read.
