Since I was exposed to this group I have read so much data about the unfairness that the work market has turned from the depreciation of pay Vs. Cost of living, from the way Tax bit mostly the low paid employees and lastly the unnecessary cruelty employees are being treated.
At the same time, I am an Entrepreneur and am looking to build up a company that would be fair and employees would like to be part of. I was thinking a lot about the future of work and how that would shape human society.
The one way I believe would be most impactful in the near future is the Gig work and the self-employment platforms. Those platforms are slowly taking over the interaction between an employee and a payer and keeping it polite while at the same time securing the flow of money. But they do take a big cut from the total deal.
Another direction would be decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) a new method for companies or let's say partnerships where the people contribute and the contribution is split between the people in it.
In my mind, this Great resignation time is as big a revolution as the industrial revolution and driven by the network possibilities …
