I am ONE person in ONE job but with enough job functions for a TEAM

Here's a list of what I do: – Campaign manager(facebook ads + google ads and the odd offline stuff); – Social media manager for ALL our customers; – Marketing strategist (wouldn't call myself that, but I do it) – Content producer – Graphic designer (again, I'm not a designer, but I do it) – Translator, for TWO languages (I majored in translation) – UX Writer – Copywriter – Assistant (random stuff like putting things together for meetings with clients, business presentations, teaching clients on using the website we made for them, interviewing interns and coaching them a bit if nobody if around to do it, sending out sales emails, looking for plugins…) Sure, you always do a couple more things at your job than what's actually stated, but I can't get over this. I'm a UX writer, or at least I wish I could do just UX… my now-company…

Sure, you always do a couple more things at your job than what's actually stated, but I can't get over this. I'm a UX writer, or at least I wish I could do just UX… my now-company was looking for a copywriter at the time and I applied. They hired me. On my first day they told me I was also going to be a marketeer.

I wasn't happy but I needed to pay bills and learning more about marketing would be useful, so ok.

Time went on, projects came and went, and I'd be given tasks. UX tasks, translation tasks, marketing tasks, web design tasks… If I don't know something I have to look for instructions online and try to figure out the secrets of the trade by myself.

Sometimes I feel like quitting but jobs are low and I've got bills to pay. Could talk to my boss about it, but I know that he thinks he can't do anything about it right now. He'd need to hire more people. The company doesn't have enough money for that or to pay me more (even with a master's I get a little over the minimum wage of my country and this while the living cost keeps rising).
