Lately I've seen prices rise quite alot over the year with Chipotle and other fast food chains. Many articles point towards the employee wage increases being offset by higher food prices. Other sources just deny and say more expensive food is due to supply chain costs and less supply.
Either way the question I have is why? These are multimillion corporations that rather have customers pay for their employees and issues then fix them themselves and take any sort of profit hit.
Is it because customers will come back no matter what? That's the only thing I think of. Some twisted hell for humans…
