I have a sexual harrasment case going on within Petsmart right now. My old manager who witnessed me being sexually harassed has opened a case with associate relations and has spoken out against her on my behalf.
I quit Petsmart about 2 weeks ago after a year of this shit. Was wondering if I have grounds to sue? I'm in Michigan. I'm a 22 year old female. The person who sexually harassed me at work is my boss(Store Leader) and 34F.
I have witnesses and I have texts that I could try to reach out to my phone provider to get of her blatantly sexually harassing me.
Does anyone know who to reach out to or what to do?
