Pay Raise Tips, Graphic Designer based in NYC

Hi everyone, I'm a Graphic Designer based in New York City with more than 7 years of experience in my filed. I was hired at my current position during the peak of the pandemic and I've accepted the first offer they gave me which is 70k, no bonuses. It wasn’t what I wanted but I needed a job since I was losing lots of clients because of the pandemic. After one year, the company has grown a lot, acquiring other companies while the team is still the same, no new hire in the Creative Team. My workload has increased and knowing my background as a Photographer they asked me to take the lead on different Photoshoot all over the Us, sometimes even during the weekend, without any overtime, weekend or night work pay raise; sometimes a shooting starts at 8am and finishes at 8pm. I'm more than happy to help…

Hi everyone,
I'm a Graphic Designer based in New York City with more than 7 years of experience in my filed.

I'm more than happy to help my company but I would like to be recognized for my effort, since we're planning a new photoshoot that will probably take several months before completion I would ask a raise since I'm making them save several thousands of dollars (at least 40k so far and many more in the future). The average pay for a Professional Photographer here in New York I think is around 5k per day, sometimes even 10k, plus equipment, assistants, etc.

Knowing that I will have to negotiate, I was thinking of asking a 20k raise, is this reasonable? Should I ask to be promoted to a different title in order to justify the Pay Raise?

Any tips on how to approach the negotiation? How to write down the email?
Thank you in advance!

EDIT: I also wanted to ask for a fully remote position but I’m not sure if I’m pushing too much. There have been rumors about going back every day (right now 3 days per week) and sometimes my commute takes up to 2h which is a insane waste of time and money. I’m concerned that if I ask for a raise/promotion now I shouldn’t ask for a fully remote position in the next future. Should I do everything all at once?
