So I left my toxic job in August last year. I had been seeing a counsellor and was very unhappy. I wrote a letter outlining all the bullying and awful behaviour I endured but never sent it.
I found out a colleague there quit in February and wrote a letter to HR detailing her experience. It inspired me to send off the letter I had written, but I didn't receive a response. I ended up forgetting about it.
Today, I received a call from a lawyers office HR have engaged with to investigate the claims I made in my letter. We are meeting via video link to discuss this next week. I really hope the two involved are brought down by this – they're awful people and really do not deserve to be in their positions.
