Getting fired for being too quiet in your first week of the job.

Started last week at my new job as photographer. I had to get used to it since they use a different camera and shooting-techniques. I already explained on my first day I am a bit shy/quiet because I had to get used to it. Which they said to understand. Only to end up being for nothing. Even though its a small team at our location. It's not okay to talk behind the persons back about that kind of stuff when they also preach about “blindly trusting each other”.

This is more like a venting post. But i just feel betrayed. I finally thought to escape an toxic workplace when i left my 3,5-year old boring supermarketjob and applied here. I had hope to finally have a job which fitted my passions for photography. But even that is apparently too much to ask for these times.
