If the normal wage you’ve set is so low that working daily overtime is the only way your employees can afford their bills, you’ve failed as an employer

I hate living in a society where some people are actually upset if overtime is no longer offered at their place of work because it means less pay. Employers need to pay enough that overtime is not needed in the first place. Sincerely, someone whose paychecks are gonna go back to shit starting tomorrow while their tone deaf managers congratulate themselves
