Another Working Minimum Wage Story

So I worked minimum wage for a bit. The place I worked for was a coffee shop. There was a Christmas party that you had to pay to go to (I forget how much it costed) either way it was enough I didn't sign up. I was scheduled to work the day of the party because I didn't pay to go to it. Well only one other employee (he was 16 and new) was working with me. We had to take care of the the front and the drive-thru window by ourselves. We were still being timed for our service despite it only being us making all the drinks, food, serving, and running the register. We got so many angry customers complaining about how long it took. Another thing, our managers took our tips. They divided them up based off how much you worked. Basically it meant that the managers made the most and the part-time employees made the least regardless of if that tip was directly given to you.
