I'm so done
I never post on here for fear of company retaliation
But I'm done
After busting my ass for this stupid company for 3 years
After getting screwed by them time and time again or letting corporate throw me under the bus with some entitled asshole customer everyday
I'm done
And I'm calling out the fucking Dolkar Tree right now
Last July I found out I was pregnant after a miscarriage a few months b4
The whole pregnancy was a nightmare
They refused to give me off for appointments refused to let me sit during 8 hour shifts
I even got written up for having morning sickness
I initially intended to go out Feb 1st with my due date Feb 23rd
They refused to grant Mr this
However they PROMISED and gave Mr a paper saying if I stayed till my due date I'd be granted 6 weeks of paid leave
I worked till Feb 21st only cause my blood pressure sky rocketed to 220/180 and I had to be induced immediately
I was threatened to be written up for going out 2 days early at 9 months pregnant with a severe medical issue without the doctor CALLING MY HR DEPT and telling them why I needed an extra 2 days to be induced and couldn't just let it go and keep working till Mt water broke at the register
Yeah well my son was born 2/23 and as of his 6 week birthday I haven't Bern paid and my request to use my PTO for 2 weeks was denied
I'm not eligible for ANY welfare help cause $14/hr is apparently $3000 a month too much to get help
This is why no one wants to work
Dollar Tree is the worst company I've EVER worked for snd its bullshit
