I've worked for this company for longer than I'd care to admit (10 years, and I'm 30). Started as the most basic grunt laborer and am now doing all the clerical stuff from payroll, tax payments, and shipping duties to organizing heister drivers/loads and laying out game plans for the days production.
They are offering me 55k. Which is a big jump from my previous 27k via hourly wage as of last year.
No benefits though. Just an 80$ phone stipend.
In my area that is considered decent money I suppose.
I'm just unsure how to feel. I was expecting 61k minimum offer based on how GM had described it, but i was hoping for 74k, where I believe I should be.
What is your take? Can I provide any more info to help paint the picture?
Is this even interesting or was this post a waste of your time?
