Hello I'm a restaurant server. My boss has been cutting out hours and not granting us (me and my coworkers) double shifts, due to the fact that he doesn't want anyone taking breaks, on top of the fact the our management routinely makes us (the servers) pay for any walk out bills.
Now I'm at my breaking point, but I'm a single dad who's just barely hanging on, my question is who do I go too to get these criminals fired, do I go to the police or HR. I'm just a 24 year old who's scared of losing his children because he's about to lose his job.
