Some context. I quit on the fly a short while ago and it’s been a back and forth trying to get my last paycheck. Today I’m finally going to get it but not before I have one last conversation with the boss. I can’t just go pick it up, he’s holding it specifically so I have to go see him again. I’ve heard others say that he’s told them be to never come back if they quit. I have 0 desire to ever go back and already found another job part of a union. Huge difference.
