I've been saying for years that boycotts against huge companies like Amazon aren't effective. What I see as being way more effective is supporting the various unionization efforts across the country. Collective power for the workers has to be the foundation for anything else.
Thing is, I don't know a ton about unions in general or specific unions or the best way to support people in them or to support people trying to form/join them. I'd love some resources for both learning and for action locally and country-wide.
