W/ no certification (bc of COVID) Getting paid 39% under what a licensed teacher makes and this is what I get. ( I get paid by the hour, they took away pay for all breaks- even holidays.) → Boss has arbitrarily demoted me for the second time, thinking of quitting with no notice.
