So I'm going to lead this off saying I don't have this problem, but I heard commercial on the radio and it made me think. “Non-tipped positions start at 18$ an hour”, how much do you want to bet almost every position in the casino they were advertising for is “tipped” in some way. I refuse to take tipped positions anymore. Sure there's great money to be made some nights but others you walk out with bare minimum pay and a feeling you just wasted a day slaving for nothing.
