I just told my boss off and I feel so proud of myself

I've been in a rather toxic work environment for the past three months. I just got a new job, and despite the toxicity of the old job I gave them notice. My treatment got worse so I decided to no call no show for the remainder of my notice. The owner of the franchise called and texted me multiple times at what I was doing, so I decided to text her back. I texted her: “I am no longer willing to sell my labor to Jimmy John's. There have been non-stop predatory practices and questionable decisions made by management that have made it so I am not longer willing or able to sell my time and effort. For starters, every single paycheck I have recieved has been slightly off, either the numbers don't add up or lump sums have been missing. This would be fine, if it were not also…

“I am no longer willing to sell my labor to Jimmy John's. There have been non-stop predatory practices and questionable decisions made by management that have made it so I am not longer willing or able to sell my time and effort. For starters, every single paycheck I have recieved has been slightly off, either the numbers don't add up or lump sums have been missing. This would be fine, if it were not also for the fact that I have not had access to my paystubs for 12 weeks, despite asking multiple times a week. I should mention that it's illegal to not give me access to my paystub, especially since I cannot reference them to see how they differ from the hours I record myself selling to Jimmy John's. Lastly I have experienced almost constant harassment at work. I have come to you and Darren countless times of the way I was being treated by your staff, and while one person did stop, the other persisted. There have been countless “talks” but no disciplinary action or repercussions of any kind. Infact, the person who was harassing me was promoted to general manager. His behaviour did nothing besides get worse especially after I put in notice. (which I now believe is a courtesy not deserved by this establishment). I would like to mention that my actions are not out of envy or malice, I do not want the general manager position nor am I angry at the working conditions I have endured. At the end of the day, it is your business and if it makes you more money to have this kind of working environment, so be it. It is not my place to criticize you, but it is my place to set the bar at what my labor is worth in what conditions. So I will not be returning because, frankly, the cost of my labor in such an environment is too expensive for you to afford. The key to the store is currently in the mail, I expect the same of my final check.”
I normally hate confrontation but I feel so happy right now, not only did I leave but I was able to tell them why.
