To make a long story short, I make x amount an hour at my job. A few of my friends work here as well. When one of the friends got hired our supervisor brought the other 2 of us together and told us not to discuss wages with anybody. Turns out, the friend that just got hired, got hired at 3 dollars more an hour than I make now with the same experience I had when I started (which was none) and the other friend that he had the talk with just got promoted to my position, also making 3 dollars more an hour than I do. How do I even go about bringing this up if he specifically said to not talk about wages? (Which I understand why he said that now)
