Boss Said Something Off.

So for context, I'm halfway through a 2 week notice. I'm the only non-management keyholder, and when I leave, only the SM and AM will have keys. So SM is freaking out about it trying to solve the problem, and she starts doing the approval to get the one part timer here a key, even though he's said he doesn't want it. So today, he sees an email about it and was going to approach her. She came up to him with the whole keyholder spiel, and he said no. So a few minutes later she comes up to me and says, “I need to figure out how to make him work weekends. If he won't take the key I might as well fire him. It's easier to hire with 3 openings than 2 anyways.” I'm floored, gang. I already told him what she said but is there anything I…
