I am so tired of spending all my time doing this job and I have literally nothing to show for it.

I make $1000 monthly salary & $30/sale monthly commission. I work 54 hours a week, 6 days a week, 9 hour days. I’m going to ask for me to work way less, or get paid more. What is the best thing to ask for, amount-wise? More salary, higher commission?
