We are everywhere, the 1.7 million and counting. Each day, we are getting punished by the system just because we want quality treatment. Talking about it is one thing, but actions are another. I do not have the best job, but I am not treated as poorly as from what I have read from some of your posts. I get really angry, seeing how people in power are so corrupt. I have a solemn dislike for the state of the economy, especially of the USA, my home, where my family came to for a better life in the last century. There needs to be work done. I hope I can see some of you join up and resist. The terrible bosses, the stingy CEOs, the selfish managers, that should all stop. Money is power, they say, and sadly, it seems like the top wants all of it and for us below to have none. We should not be tolerant. My patience is running very thin. I want to bring people together, though I am not one to lead. Currently, I am taking courses for my certificate that relates to leadership. Hopefully, someone can lead the charge, not just through unions, but other organizations that actively work, are actively on the streets, knocking on doors, etc. That is how you get active. I pray each day for a major story about not just the “great resignation,” but one where our message is truly heard. The people matter, we the people matter.
