A major ISP is requesting tenured resolution specialists move to customer retention at a $4/hr hourly pay cut. If volunteers aren't procurred, they will assign the demotion to agents via reverse seniority. If I'm requied to move to a position I don't want and take $4 pay cut, do I have any recourse in the US?
