So I’m not entirely “anti work” so to speak. But I was having this conversation with a family member the other night. Him and his wife make just enough to not worry about bills and be broke every month. I told him he needs to find a better paying job because there are currently a ton in the area. He told me he’s loyal to his boss because his boss is loyal to him. At that point I kinda broke and told him to try and pay for food or baby formula when his kid gets here with loyalty and see how far that takes him. Loyalty doesn’t pay the bills.
