I told them I would be going to lunch at 1 pm and at 12:30 she brings me a project that I’ve never done, never been trained on or have done myself. She gave me attitude when I asked for help, she said “Do you need me to hold your hand or can you handle it?” I assume she only said this so she can go eat her lunch. Mind you she also lied and said she had a meeting to go to but I saw her get in her vehicle and leave.
I went directly to HR and notified them of my resignation effective immediately. I will not deal with disrespect and absurd demands from crappy management. The project involved several thousand dollars of product that would be rendered useless if not completed in time, hopefully they got it done because I sure didn’t.
