I've been working for a temp company and was working with the job to get them to buy out my contract because temp agencies don't give you benefits. Well they just went ahead and bought out my contract, then told me I'll go from working 40 hour weeks to 37.5 at the same pay. Am I right to be annoyed by this? I understand I get benefits but I still need to pay my bills and now I need to pay my health insurance premiums too
