Instead of firing said employee despite her committing many many fire-able offenses, they have assigned everyone at the practice a self help book and given everyone a deadline for reading it. Her deadline came and went and she didn’t even open the book yet she’s still there. She is truly a narcissist, nothing is ever her fault and she will make it her life mission to get those fired who call her out on her mistakes.
