I’ve recently started a new job that I absolutely hate! It’s nothing but a bunch of incompetent kids I’ve been nice and usually get along with everyone but today I just really blew up at this one condescending employee that kept micromanaging and belittling me and I’ve likely now ruined my reputation I was so fed up that I contacted my old boss at a job I really enjoyed and he said I can return if I wish my question is what would you do in my situation try to stick it out or return to the company you enjoyed working at?
Forgot to mention that the new job is a start up with slightly better pay
