Coworker leaves on medical disability for 6 months. 100% understand. Comes back for two weeks, leaves again for 3 months. Was suppose to be back this week and got another email that he won’t be back until July.
Why can’t HR fire him? I understand that the person is dealing with very tough mental health issues. But my employer won’t add another position, they just keep telling us to suck it up and take his work.
This is why employees turn on each other. It’s maddening that our employer cannot be forced to another position.
